We need to know your pet a bit before their first day. The form takes 5 to 10 minutes. We ask for owner details, vaccine records and behaviour notes. Then we can plan a safe, happy stay.

- Your details and a backup contact
- Your pet's name, breed, age, sex and desex status
- An up-to-date vaccine record (photo or PDF)
- Notes on behaviour, allergies or meds
- Your home PITC centre
What happens after you apply
Our team reads your form. We email you to book a first day. New dogs start with a short trial day so we can match them to the right group safely.

Does my dog need to be vaccinated to apply?
Yes. Each dog must be current on C5 (DHPP plus kennel cough). Cats need F3. Upload the proof in the form.
Is there a fee to apply?
No. The form is free. You only pay when you book a service like daycare, hotel or grooming.
