Our groomers are trained pet stylists. We bath, dry, brush, trim nails and clean ears. Each dog moves at their own pace. We never force a step. Anxious dogs get short, calm visits. We use kind tools and treats. Long coats get safe de-mat care. Puppies get a gentle first groom.

What's included in each groom
- Full groom — pamper bath and blow dry, brush-out, nail trim, ear clean, and a full breed-style or clipper cut chosen with you at drop-off.
- Maintenance groom — bath and blow dry, tidy-up trim around the face, feet and sanitary areas, plus a nail trim. Great between full grooms.
- Pamper bath & dry — bath, blow dry and brush-out to keep the coat fresh, with a nail trim available as an add-on.
How a grooming visit works
Book with the salon at your nearest centre. At drop-off, your groomer chats with you about coat condition and the style you want. Every groom then runs at your dog's pace — breaks, treats and calm handling are part of the job, never a favour. Nervous or first-time dogs are given shorter, quieter sessions to build trust. We call or text you as soon as your dog is dry, fluffed and ready to come home.
Grooming price guide
Prices depend on your dog's size, coat and condition. As a guide: small dogs (up to 10kg) — full groom from NZ$88, maintenance groom from NZ$60, pamper bath from NZ$35. Medium dogs (11–15kg) — from NZ$99, NZ$70 and NZ$45. Large dogs (16–25kg) — from NZ$110, NZ$80 and NZ$60. For extra-large breeds, call your local salon for a quote. Optional extras include de-matting (NZ$20 per 20 minutes), a flea rinse (NZ$15) and a teeth clean (NZ$10). Your salon will confirm the exact price at drop-off.

Can grooming be done during daycare or a hotel stay?
Absolutely - ask reception to add a groom to your booking.
Which centres have a grooming salon?
Parnell Central Bark, Silverdale, Wairau Park and Westgate all have grooming salons. Grooming at Mt Wellington is currently paused.
