The Assessment
We book a 90-minute "meet and greet." Our Senior Caregiver evaluates your dog's play style to ensure they will love it here. This keeps our pack safe.
First Day Fun
If they pass, they're in! You'll receive a "First Day Report Card" letting you know exactly who their new best friend is.
Puppy Daycare & Development Programme
Yes, we run puppy daycare too! Puppies join us from 16 weeks and get gentler play groups, more rest, and staff who watch them closely.
Set your puppy up for success with our Puppy Development Programme — a six-week programme designed to build essential skills, good manners, and confidence through reward-based training. Available at all Pets In The City branches.
Target Age: 16–26 weeks | Price: $396
Five 30-minute one-on-one training sessions during daycare.
One final 60-minute owner session with personalised training tips.
Weekly progress updates and follow-up support to reinforce learning at home.
Puppies must have completed their second round of vaccinations (including Kennel Cough) to attend daycare and join the programme.
