Puppy daycare from 16 weeks
Yes, we run puppy daycare too. Puppies join us from 16 weeks, once their second round of vaccinations (including kennel cough) is done. Young dogs get gentler play groups, more rest and staff who watch them closely. Many families pair puppy daycare with our six-week Puppy Development Programme, where a trainer works one-on-one with your puppy during their daycare day. It is the easiest way to build good manners while you are at work.

Frequently asked questions
Do you offer puppy daycare in Auckland?
Yes. Puppies join daycare from 16 weeks, after their second round of vaccinations including kennel cough. They get gentler play groups and more rest, and can add our six-week Puppy Development Programme run during daycare days.
Where can I find dog daycare near me?
We have five Auckland daycare centres: Parnell Central Bark, Mt Wellington, Silverdale, Wairau Park and Westgate. Pick the location page nearest you to see prices and book an assessment.
How much does dog daycare cost in Auckland?
Daycare prices are set by each centre. See the location page for your nearest centre for current day rates and multi-day passes, or call the team for a quote.
What vaccinations does my dog need?
Dogs need up-to-date C5 or C7 (including Kennel Cough). Puppies must complete their full vaccination course. Bring proof at your first visit.
Is there an assessment before starting?
Yes. Every dog completes an on-site assessment so we can observe temperament, play style, and comfort. This helps us match them to the right playgroup.
What happens if my dog doesn't suit group play?
Some dogs prefer quieter settings. We'll discuss alternatives like solo enrichment or shorter visits.
How are play groups organised?
Dogs are grouped by size, energy level, and temperament. Groups are adjusted throughout the day as needed.
Can my dog attend if they have special needs?
Often, yes. Let us know about any medical, behavioural, or mobility needs and we'll assess suitability together.
