Who can use the Member Marketplace?
Any PITC customer with a Pet Passport. Sign-in is free if you have a pet on file with us.
How do I redeem a deal?
Show your Green Collar Club barcode at the partner's till or website. The partner scans it and the deal applies.
Are deals nationwide?
Many partners ship NZ-wide online. Some are Auckland-only in store. Each deal shows the rules up front.
How do you choose partners?
Our team checks each partner for quality, ethics and pet safety before they go live.
Can my business become a partner?
Yes. Email partners@petsinthecity.co.nz with your name, products and a proposed deal. We reply in 5 business days.
