What roles do you hire for?

Daycare handlers, hotel carers, groomers, force-free trainers and centre managers. Roles open up across all 5 Auckland centres.

Do I need experience?

Experience helps but it is not required for every role. We provide full training in our handling, welfare and force-free rules.

Most of our roles are full-time, permanent positions. We also offer part-time roles in some centres.

Do you train your team?

Yes. Every new team member trains in our handling, body language and emergency steps before they care for a pet alone.

Roles We Hire

Explore Our Roles

We hire for a variety of positions across all five Auckland locations.

Animal Caregiver

Passion and great attitude - we provide training

You'll care for our Daycare and Hotel guests (dogs) - keeping them happy, safe, and healthy. You'll run clean, enriching play parks and make sure every dog has a wonderful experience. We train all caregivers in canine behaviour and body language, with ongoing support from team leaders and managers.

Customer Experience Co-Ordinator

Customer service experience preferred

You'll be the friendly face of each branch: greet dogs and owners, manage email enquiries, and bookings, handle daycare/grooming check-ins and check-outs, and promote our services. You'll work closely with the Manager and Team Leader to coordinate the smooth running of the facility and deliver exceptional customer care.

Dog Groomer

Professional grooming experience required

An experienced, customer-facing role. You can work unsupervised and groom all breeds to a high standard. You'll bathe and groom with care, communicate clearly, and ensure every guest leaves having had a great salon experience.

Team Leader

Prior leadership or daycare experience required

A senior role overseeing day-to-day care of Daycare and Hotel guests. You'll keep parks and apartments spotless, ensure dogs are safe, happy, and healthy, and interact confidently with customers and management. We seldom advertise this role and often promote from within; experienced dog daycare pros are welcome to submit interest.
