People Who Love What They Do
Every team member is interviewed in person. Then they train in our force-free rules, body language reading, hygiene steps and emergency drills before they ever handle a pet alone. Many of our team have been with PITC for 5 years or more.
Centre Managers
Run the day-to-day at each branch — staffing, bookings, welfare checks and client communication.
Daycare Handlers
Supervise group play, facilitate rest breaks and keep the pack safe and happy throughout the day.
Hotel Carers
Look after overnight boarding pets with private rooms, scheduled play and 24/7 attentive care.
Groomers
Qualified pet stylists trained in safe, force-free coat, nail and skin care for every breed type.
Trainers
Force-free coaches who run puppy preschool, adult training classes and behaviour consults.
