Force-free is not just a slogan. It shapes how our team greets each dog. It shapes group play, grooming, training and rest time. It is the rule at every PITC centre, every day.
Frequently asked questions
What does force-free mean at PITC?
It means we never use fear, pain or harsh tools. Every interaction uses kindness, rewards and respect for the dog's choices.
Do you use shock, prong or choke collars?
No. We never use shock, prong or choke collars. We do not allow them inside any PITC centre.
Is force-free care just for training?
No. Force-free shapes daycare, grooming, hotel handling and training. It runs through every part of our day.
What if my dog is shy or reactive?
We start where your dog is comfortable and build at their pace. Our trainers are skilled with shy, reactive and over-excited dogs.
