Our Pet Taxi service makes daycare and grooming even more convenient. We'll pick up your dog from home or work and return them at the end of the day. Safe, air-conditioned vehicles with experienced drivers.

Is pet taxi at every Auckland centre?
Most PITC services run at all 5 of our centres. A few are at set centres only. Check the centre page for what's on offer.
Is your pet taxi force-free?
Yes. Every PITC service is kind and force-free. We never use fear, pain or harsh tools.
How do I book pet taxi?
New clients fill in a short online form. Past clients book in the portal or by calling their local centre.
Do my pet's vaccines need to be up to date?
Yes. Each dog and cat must have up-to-date core vaccines for their species before any service.
What experience does your team have?
Each team member trains in our kind handling, body language and welfare rules before they care for a pet alone.
